Refund policy

We aim to provide a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly return and refund process for customers located in Australia.


Change of Mind

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.

For change-of-mind returns:

• Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resaleable condition

Change-of-mind returns are subject to approval.


Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable at no additional cost to you.


General Return Conditions

For approved returns:

• Items must be unused
• In original packaging
• In resaleable condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if opened or used, unless faulty.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout through Stripe.


Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.
