This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered by MYCUZA LLC to customers located in Australia.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within Australia only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Australia.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on most orders within Australia.
From time to time, certain products or promotional offers may have different shipping conditions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping Origin
Products may be shipped from overseas warehouses or fulfilment partners located outside Australia.
As a result, delivery may involve international transit and customs processing before final delivery within Australia.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the courier’s system.
If your tracking number has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us.
7. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Customs clearance procedures
• Courier disruptions
• Public holidays
• Weather events
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
• Events beyond our reasonable control
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we will investigate.
8. Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
• We are not responsible for delivery failures
• Additional shipping fees may apply if re-shipment is required
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received your package:
• Please check with household members or neighbours
• Contact the courier directly
• If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist where reasonably possible
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
10. Customs & Import Considerations
As some products may be shipped from overseas suppliers, delivery may be subject to customs inspection or import processing procedures.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or import requirements will be handled in accordance with Australian regulations where applicable.
