At Mycuza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process.
Refunds

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Certain products (such as personal care items, hygiene-related goods, and customized/personalized items) are not eligible for return.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contactmycuza@gmail.com with proof (photo/video). We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
