Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy – Mycuza

At Mycuza, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process.

Refunds

  • Customers may request a refund within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Returns

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Certain products (such as personal care items, hygiene-related goods, and customized/personalized items) are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contactmycuza@gmail.com with proof (photo/video). We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
